BjornBar is our favourite place for Sunday morning coffee.

8.95 for a medium turmeric latte (lattes come with espresso) and nut milk. It’s 6.50 max at Elysian and they have homemade milk too and use Blume as well. Deleted previous post in error, but shocking they think this its ok and want to keep it at this price. Baristas need more training. Sorry, but tried to discuss in person and issues ongoing.

Great place to sit with a friend and have a coffee or tea but is also a fabulous lunch spot. Food is delicious, the pastries are to die for.

I am speechless. What a great new addition to the village. Cappuccino and scone were not bad but the decor, service and ambience were worthwhile. It is my new go to place. Tip: take your coffee to the top floor patio and enjoy the view

What a lovely little place. The coffee was tasty and the treats were amazing. We sampled a wide variety of baked goods and loved all of them. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town!

Been coming here regularly for the past years. Super friendly staff and great service. Their sandwiches taste delicious and the bars and pastries are amazing treats. The cinnamon bun is my favourite. Definitely recommend a visit!

The baked goods were tasty, but the staff poorly trained. On several occasions, the servers walked past tables heaped with dirty dishes (patrons gone); and made no effort to tidy up, even when there were no new customers.

I have never seen such a beautiful arrangement of baked goods except in a magazine. This a picture perfect bakery that puts all those lazy, hipster Vancouver cafes to shame. Hey kids go north to see how its done.

Awesome place go here, try out there sweets and you will not dissapointed.The owner is super friendly and the atmosphere is great!

One the best in Town I wish we had more coffee shop like this in Vancouver . Friendly owner great staff and more than enough to choose from and on top of that Close to Home :)

Good coffee and very nice sandwiches. The ambiance is great. The barista is fantastic. She always makes what i ask for even when its not on the menu

Wow. Just amazing. The cinnamon roll was to die for. And they make a fantastic cappuccino. Strong coffee, exactly how it should be. Seating can be limited during busy times but there is outside seating when the weather cooperates.

OMG so freaking good! Got the cinnamon sticky buns and they were to die for!

Reasonable prices with high quality service and foods.

Coffee was good. Although, the staff could learn a thing or two about customer service. Ordered a muffin that I did NOT like. Took one bite and asked if I could swap it with a standard blueberry. Was told no but could get a 15% discount on a new one... Okay then...

So offensively expensive I felt like I was being robbed. Average quality baked goods. Better coffee and treats a few shops to the right. If you need a dozen cookies look elsewhere because you'll pay ove $30 here. Seriously.

Cozy and nice space with very friendly staff. Unfortunately baked products are not fresh and can be few days old! Sandwiches are over price for the size and quality ! Not enough seating.

Cute pastry shop along Edgemont boulevard. Great service and amazing food. The cream of earl grey tea or an almond milk cappuccino are my drinks of choice. For lunch I recommend the grilled cheese or beef dip sandwich - both are mouth watering and a real treat to the soul. They have a wide range of pastries from scones to croissants to muffins, and the staff are super friendly. It’s a little bit on the pricey side but totally worth it. Best time to go is after a hike up the grouse grind to relax and unwind, and reward yourself for a hard climb.

The goods here are to die for! You will scratch your head for minutes trying to figure out what you should buy! It is all good!

Love this place and the only reason one star off is that it needs more vegan options! Please!! Amazing dessert for the one option they did have as well as the home made nut milk. Except the nut milk options shouldn’t cost extra considering Dairy / cows milk costs the animal and environmental damage.

I came here all the way from White Rock area because of they were part of the Hot Chocolate Festival, I loved trying out one of their hot chocolate specials and I also tried one of their dessert bars and packaged salty c'bars. I enjoyed them both, plus the hot chocolate and I will hopefully come back here again some other time soon!

This is an excellent place to hang out and have a coffee. Right in Edgemont Village. Great staff and yummy selections in the case.

Love this place! Amazing selection of treats and great vibe! Beautiful rooftop patio in the summer. Love the chocolate croissant in the morning which has such a rich filling and is still warm. Yum!!!

It's busy but the pastries are delicious. Seasonal goods available. Worth a visit.

Amazing local sweets

Busy place. Food decent but a little overpriced.

A hidden gem in North Van. What a nice place to have a good coffee, grab a sandwich or try one of their delicious sweets. The location has a maximum capacity of 42 and is always crowded. Therefore, it's not recommended for large groups.

Took longer to pay than be served. Patience tester.

GREAT food and fantastic staff. All the food is made from scratch. Always enjoyable.

Amazing coffee and pastry shop. Very friendly, even the customers are a friendly crowd. Ambiance is quite relaxed and cozy. A must go to place for an unforgettable pastry delite!

Amazing pastries and sandwiches. It's so hard to decide what to have.. I wish I had a stomach as big as the café. We went there for their scones, because they have the best tasting scones, made with real butter! Unlike the dry and baking soda tasting scones I had before, theirs were truly crunchy outside and moist inside and were pretty generous in portion! Blackberry and white chocolate, herb and garlic, cheese or the plain butter ones that come with a serving of butter and jam. Highly recommend to try this place out!

I really like their pastry and sandwich and bar. I like the location and convenience the friendliness.BUT the sandwiches and beverages are priced too high, I have to penalize 1 star for that. This is not my 'everyday' cafe.

I like this cafe, they have good pastries, great atmosphere, and a great place to hangout and feel cozy!

This morning I stood outside for 30 min.under the rain.When my coffee and cake was ready, I am trying to pay for it, I realized they don't take cash (my fault) I missed reading the sign outside. I was hoping for once exception but unfortunately I didn't appreciate the manager attitude.

Cool location and interior. Nice little patio out front. Amazing pastries and very good coffee. Staff was friendly and very attentive.

The people that work there are wonderful and service is great. The food itself was very over priced I found. The food was good but not amazing. I may try some other treats but over all it was ok. Again the service was excellent, and that is what will bring me back to try again.
